Duties

- Fabricate parts as needed for repairs or modifications.
- Conduct routine as well as daily inspections of community to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Ensure high-quality work.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs made and materials used or needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance requests promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to community in a timely manner.
- Conduct routine emergency preparedness drills and education.
