Duties

• Fabricate parts as needed for repairs or modifications.
• Conduct routine as well as daily inspections of community to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Ensure high-quality work.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs made and materials used or needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance requests promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to community in a timely manner.
• Conduct routine emergency preparedness drills and education.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wellness Nurse to lead our health and wellness initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare management, with a focus on developing and implementing comprehensive care plans that promote the well-being of our clients. This role requires a blend of clinical knowledge, supervisory skills, and case management expertise to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized care plans tailored to meet the needs of residents.
• Responsible for orientation and ongoing education of wellness staff.
• Ensure compliance with State Regulations, Policy and Procedures.
• Monitor the effectiveness of wellness programs and make necessary adjustments based on resident needs and health outcomes.
• Provide training and support to staff on best practices in wellness management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress and care plans within established systems.
• Work with PCP to clarify medications and orders.
• Will be responsible for assisting with medication pass as necessary.
• Will participate in on call rotation.
